For sale here is a ONE OF A KIND vintage 1970s signed handmade wood and metallic ore modernist design box from Tucson, Arizona. A sculptural design with regular rectangular handmade wood box with swiveling top, and adorned at top with a metallic gold/bronze ore piece with a flamboyant natural shape that contrasts beautifully with the rectangular box. The top swivels to the side on a pivot as shown in the photos, and can be fully removed also to clean etc. Measures 6.5" by 4.25" by 3" tall. Still retains the original artist label at bottom which reads, "Hand Crafted by Christopher Dezso, Tucson, AZ". I haven't been able to find any information about the artist yet. The box could use a cleaning and an oiling to protect the wood which I am leaving to the discretion of the new owner. Excellent vintage condition with just slight wear and residue from age as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase.
