For sale here is an original vintage 1980s signed dated etc color lithograph on paper framed and under glass of a Chess Pawn in bright yellow on a black, white, and gray board. Striking image great design and in a well-coordinated yellow, black, and white colored matting and professionally framed! Though this artwork is extensively signed, dated 1988, and with other voluminous notes at front bottom as shown in my photos, I am not able to decipher any of it other than the year. In any case, the image is really great and this artwork will make a wonderful addition to just about any decor! Measures 24.5" by 24.5" by 1/2" deep at the outside edges of the frame, and the image itself measures 17.5" by 17.5" at inner edge of the matting. As noted above, this artwork is signed, dated 1988, and with many other notations by the artist, but unfortunately I have been unable to decipher any of the markings. However, the framer label at the back is from a shop from Croton-on-Hudson, New York, so I am guessing that this is by a New York artist, or at least an artist from the east coast. As this artwork has been photographed framed and under glass, there are unfortunately reflections in my images that are not actually part of the artwork. I have added a couple photographs that I took outside at an angle, and these have fewer reflections and give a better idea as to the actual image.
