This is an excellent early 20th Century County Table Water Crate.

These were used by the delivery person who would drop off 4 new bottles of clean water and takeaway your used bottles , this would have been prior to clean water being available from the tap. The water would often come from a brewery as they would use clean water to make the beer and sold the water as a side.

This crate comes with 3 original bottles in excellent condition.

This lovely crate is well used but is still in incredibly solid condition.
