This 1990s era Talbot's dress appears to be two pieces but is really all one. The top tunic portion hangs low over the hips above a light and airy skirt portion. The skirt hangs lower in the back and higher in the front with a somewhat scalloped edge. The dress has a v-neck and short sleeves. Designed for comfort, this dress is light and cool and amazingly wrinkle free. It will give you a classic and classy look with a comfortable feel. We've dressed it up here in 1920's style. Add a hat and some long beads and you're ready for Downton Abbey.

The dress is marked "size 18". We've also included all the measurements below, taken with the dress lying flat. Actual measurements for bust, waist and hem would be a little more than double the numbers below.
