18th century silver-mounted shagreen travel etui with various implements. It is nearly complete, missing only a single item. Featuring handle with detachable knife blade, two-pronged fork, pen, scissors, spoon, ruler, snuff spoon, bodkin, etc. The handle opens to reveal a second smaller handle, which holds a small cylindrical nutmeg grater. Minor loss near the bottom of the piece, one other smaller blemish, and a few stains. Stands 3.5" tall. Unmarked. Possibly French, c.1780.
