This old paper booklet is called Fun Filled Butter Cookie Cookbook and it contains 50 recipes from Ann Pillsbury’s Recipe Exchange including favorite Grand National prize winner. It has basic steps and recipes for making molded and shaped cookies, pressed and bar cookies, refrigerated cookies and drop and rolled cookies. There recipes that bring back memories, European favorites and some new ideas for expanding your baking experience. This little booklet also has tips for storing, packing and traveling with cookies and ways to use cookies for special occasions. It is filled with easy to follow recipes, glossy black and white and colored pictures and often information about the contributor. There are recipes from several Bake-Off winners up to and including the 7th contest so I would guess that this is from 1956 or maybe 1957. The original price of the soft cover cookbook was 15c.

It measures about 5” by 8 3/16” and has 48 pages. It is in good condition with minor edge, corner and crease wear and minimal stains.
