This is a nice old tool for cutting glass. There are six rotating cutting wheels that can be used by removing the screw and rotating to a different cutter. The brass piece over the blades is numbered 1-6. The head also has two notches of different widths for slipping over the edge of the glass that has been scribed. On one side the head it is marked Germany. It has a painted wood handle with a ferrule.
It measures about 5 1/16” long and is in nice but used condition. The handle has some wear with missing paint areas. It is not guaranteed to cut glass although it does scribe a mark and all of the cutter blades are there.
