Vintage 2H Yankee Handy Man Screwdriver – Small Size - image 1 of 4

This is an old hand tool that would still come in handy for small jobs. The small ratchet screw driver is marked "Yankee" No. 2H Handyman - Made in U.S.A. Pat. Pend. The slide lever on the opposing side changes the direction of the ratchet. It has a painted, wood handle. I believe this was made by the North Bros. Mfg. Co. of Philadelphia in the 1940’s.

It measures about 4” long and the blade is almost 3/16” wide. It is in nice, working condition with some wear. The off-white paint appears to be original with nicks and scuffs and it does have a dark spot which appears to be a burn mark. There is some red along the edge of the ferrule, I don’t know if that was originally painted red or added sometime over the years.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
