Beautiful vintage tureen or cover bowl/ dish, consisting of an oval deep silver plate base dish, a fitted deep glass dish and a stylized silver top lid with a duck head. Perfect for serving pie, game or duck or any of your favorite casserole dishes. Very large size The piece is signed with the stamp of the silversmith (Teghini Firenze) This dish actually looks big enough to serve a duck in! I can only imagine having one under the dome and lifting the lid at an elegant dinner party!
