A Fine Steuben Frederick Carder era gold Aurene Glass Vase, signed and numbered at base Steuben Aurene 2683 the last number I think is 3 but there is wear on the number. There is beautiful intense iridescence in gold , blue, green, and fushia. This is a very collectible and sought after vase that is 10”H x 9”W with a 4” lip and a 5 1/4” bottom. This vase has a ground pontil the finishing sign of it’s quality. There are a few small scratches in one area in the iridescence, probably where it rubbed against the display cabinet which I have pictured but no pops or cracks other issues, it displays very well. I have tried to take pictures of the damage but it’s small and hard to photograph. It has a lot of pinks and blues that are also hard to capture.
