HERE’S AN ORIGINAL VINTAGE SIGNED AND DATED 1989 MODERN ABSTRACT BRONZE AND SILVER-ON-BRONZE SCULPTURE CREATED BY LOVELAND, COLORADO ARTIST LEE A. STARK THAT DISPLAYS WHAT LOOKS TO BE TWO OPPOSING TIDAL WAVES RAISING UPWARDS AND THEN CRASHING TOWARD ONE ANOTHER WITH ONE WAVE RENDERED IN A DARK BRONZE PATINA AND THE OTHER IN SILVER-ON-BRONZE!

Dimensions: Sitting atop a simulated malachite poured stone base, the overall dimensions are approximately six inches (6”) in height by 8 and one quarter inches (8 ¼”) in diameter across the base. Each of the bronze sculptural tidal waves measure approximately five inches (5”) in height by seven inches (7”) in width.

Signature: The silver-on-bronze sculptural tidal wave is signed within the bronze toward the bottom right side “L STARK 89” along with a copyright symbol. The number “89” represents the year 1989. In addition, there appears to be a number “4” (possibly representing an edition number).

Also, and please note, there is an original price label on the underside bottom that reads “Gallery East Stark $600.-“

Condition: The two bronze sculptural tidal waves are in excellent and clean condition – absolutely beautiful! The simulated malachite poured stone base is in very good and clean condition with minor surface wear AND, PLEASE READ, there is one small chip along the bottom outer rim area (see photos).
