Oval Shaped Carved Shell Cameo Brooch Pendant 900 Silver

Lovely lady profile cameo is stamped 900 on the back for 900 parts silver.

Small cameo measures 1 1/8" long x 3/4" . The bail swivels up or down to be worn as a pendant or pin.

The brooch / pendant may have been all gold-plated originally.

There is a smooth band surrounding the cameo that is all silvertone with a dark vintage patina.

There is a textured ribbed band at the base of the cameo that retains a rich gold-plated finish.

The metal on the back side shows some normal aging.

The shell cameo is in excellent condition with no damage. All white spots in the photos are glare spots.

Beautiful cameo brooch / pendant is overall in Excellent vintage condition, circa 1940s- 50's.
