A young girl fixing flowers on the hat of another. The title of this is, Le chapeau epinglé. This is a portrait of Julie Manet and her cousin Jeanne who were Berthe Morisot's daughter and Edouard Manet's niece. Signed lower left in matrix of print, Renoir. This etching is a postmortem circa 1920s restirke from the original etching. Label hidden under back paper. The etching is in great condition with no water damage, holes or tears. Image size inside mat measures about 3 1/4 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches tall. Sits nicely framed behind glass. Frame measures 9 1/8 inches wide and 13 1/8 inches tall.
