A sweet Aynsley Bone China Small Vase is offered here in the Cottage Garden motif. The Cottage Garden pattern is a lovely arrangement of flowers in every color of the rainbow on a snow-white bone china background. A pretty red and yellow butterfly flits among the bluebells, roses, and other charming blossoms and green leaves. Matching floral sprays decorate the back and the inside rim of this sweet 10-paneled, footed vase.

Measuring just 3-1/2 inches tall, this diminutive vase stands on a 2-5/8 inch diameter foot. The vase tapers outward to a 3-inch rim.

This pattern was issued by Aynsley from about 1970-2001.

It is stamped with a Blue Crown flanked by “Est. 1775” above the Aynsley Banner, followed by “Made in England Fine English Bone China.” Next is the pattern name “COTTAGE GARDEN®” in all caps, followed by “Portrayal of the Flora of an English Cottage Garden.”

There is a pinpoint-sized porcelain bump along the outer rim, and shelf wear on the underside of the foot. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing.
