Here is a Royal Doulton China cup and saucer in the Reflection pattern. This fine china cup and saucer set is decorated in classic and elegant style with a band of sprays of leaves and tiny white flowers on the blue-gray ground. The inside of the cup, as well as the handle and foot, are in contrasting snow-white, as is the cup well of the saucer. The rim is trimmed in what is likely platinum.

The cup measures 2-5/8 inches tall and 3-3/4 inches in diameter across the rim, with another inch for the handle. It stands on a 1-3/4 inch diameter foot that is 1/4-inch high. The matching saucer is 6-inches in diameter.

This pattern was made by Royal Doulton from 1959 to 1981. The back stamp is the Familiar Royal Doulton lion and crown over circle backstamp. The circle surrounds the words “Royal Doulton England,” with “English Translucent China” in a concave arch below the circle. The pattern name, “Reflection” with “T.C. 1008/Copyright Doulton & Co. Limited” completes the mark.
