Offering this beautiful set of four Rose Cameo green depression glass tumblers. Mold-etched cameos, each containing a single rose, are connected with drapes and tassels. An ornate medallion alternates with the cameos to connect the graceful swags. Matching medallions with tassels are also beneath each cameo. A beaded band encircles the rim.
Each cone-shaped tumbler measures 5-1/4 inches tall. The top rim is 3-3/4 inches in diameter, and each stands on a 2-3/4 inch foot.
The Rose Cameo pattern is hard to find, in part because it was in production by Belmont for just one year, 1931. There is no mark.
One tumbler has roughness along about one-quarter of the outer rim, along with a 1/8-inch shallow chip on the outside edge, just below the rim. There are no condition issues on the other three tumblers. Accordingly, the set is priced as a set of three - the fourth tumbler is included to complete your set for display.
