A vintage baluster form, bright yellow vase with applied dark silver rim. The teal, orange band is decorated with opposing armorial birds. Tango glass was a brightly colored, glass over a metal base similar to cloisonne or champleve. Object with contrasting applied trim in blue, black or white. The technique was created by Loetz and later used by other companies including Welz, Ruckl and Kralik.
