Beautiful Antique Art Nouveau / Imperial period 56 Rose Gold /14K Russian Ring featuring rose diamond cut Diamonds arranged in fancy Boat - shaped pattern with carved shank of beautiful leaves. In Russia and around rings with crown of this or similar shape are called " Лодка " (in Russian ) / " Boat " in English.
All stones have backs open. There are 17 stones .Central stone is claw set , 16 around it are pave set. All stones with open backs.

Made in Imperial Russia between 1908 -1917. Hallmarked with Russian Imperial standard 56 hallmarks used between 1908 -1917 , a head of a Woman and 56 hallmark.This ring was sized before, part of 56 hallmark is away but a part of 6 and borders of the lopatka are still visible. Region of origin is not known.
If You noticed I have listed a few Swedish ring of very similar design made at about the same period of time - apparently such design was very popular in late XIX - XX cent.first quarter.
Fine Used condition, no issues to note. Dark patina on 14K rose Gold alloy parts is not surprising considering Ring's age, can be cleaned / not recommended.. All stones are intact and securely set.
