A lot of three long antique baby christening gowns ~ great for dolls! I just love the one that has the pleats going all the way down the front! I'll start with that one!

1. Dainty eyelet adorns the neckline, sleeve openings and down each side of the pleated front. Rows and rows of fine horizontal pleats. Ties in the back. A few tears at the back by the end of the back opening. This measures approx. 37" long from top of shoulder to bottom. Sleeves are approx. 7" long with sleeve openings being approx. 6".

2. Next is a lovely gown that has vertical lace and embroidery on the bodice top with an additional lace ruffle around the inset section. The same lace and eyelet trim is on the bottom and the sleeves. There is also an inset lace that goes vertically down the outside of the sleeves. A few small brownish stains and one 1/2" small hole. It measures approx. 23" long. Sleeves are approx 7" long and the sleeve opening is approx. 4 1/4".

3. The last one has embroidered detail on the yoke with lace placed around the yoke. Lace on the sleeves and neckline as well as on the high waist. It measures approx.. 31" long. The sleeves are approx. 6 1/2" long with the sleeve openings being approx. 6".

Nice lot to use for dressing baby dolls or to use the fabric to. make your own doll dresses.
