I think that Effanbee's Skippy Doll was one of the most adorable dolls made in the 1940s! Skippy is approx. 13 1/2" tall. He has rubs on his body's paint finish, but that is mostly on the back side. Stringing is good. One small crack on inner elbow of composition, otherwise composition is good. Clothing is not tagged. He is adorable!
