Offered is this wonderful early 9” 1820's Grodnertal Wood Peg Doll with Tuck Comb. She has some wear to her face as you can see in the pictures, but still displays beautifully. Some repaint to her black hair, mainly top right, affects tendril curls on right side of her face. Left side tendril curls are original paint. Gold wood tuck comb. Jointed shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. Orange painted slippers. Original clothing, the red silk underskirt has wear as you can see. Lace overdress is in good condition. Offered at a great price due to the wear ~ she is still lovely!
